I was on a roll using black and gold with embossing a few weeks back, and kind of got stuck in the gold wing 4 Harley card colors! Similar yet not quite the same, this card is one of three I made while in Harley mode. The first of which was posted on Tuesday here at Created By You. LOL… THIS particular Harley card version reminds me of a purse carried by the Visual Design Team Lead at the boutique!! She’s a huge Harley aficionado as are a couple people at the boutique! LOL, I plan to give this one to her at some point but just need to find the proper occasion!Once again, the background motif was embossed using pewter EP, but this time the entire background was also dry embossed using the vintage wallpaper textured impressions embossing folder and big shot die-cutting machine.
Mini brads may appear slightly out of alignment… but they’re actually that way on purpose. Holes were pierced using the Festive paper piercing template trio that had a double curved edge, turned on it’s side, every hole was pierced before adding mini brads added along the lower edge of the card.
Pops of color were added by coloring a basic rhinestone jewel using a red sharpie marker, and red glimmer paper punched heart which pop dotted onto the central motif.
As always, I look forward to reading your comments! Have a lovely stamping day!
