Snow Festival Christmas Wishes Sparkler

Snow Festival Designer Series Paper is found in the current Holiday Mini Catalog… and it’s the only Christmas DSP that Stampin’ Up! has that coordinates with Whisper White card stock this holiday season!  Of course, I had to buy it!

LOL… today’s card share also features the exclusive Christmas Wishes Hostess set featured on page Candlelight Christmas Designer Series Paper.  To view that sample, click and see my October 09, 2012 post here… it’s a fun card!

Christmas houses (DSP) and Christmas tree… along with just a little bit of red glimmer paper give today’s Christmas Wishes card a real WOW factor… hope you like it!

Isn’t this triple loop bow fun?  It’s tied using 1/8” real red taffeta ribbon.  The bow was tied on my fingers wrapping three times around vs. twice as used in the Double Loop Bow technique I’ve shared several times with you in the past.

Background Gumball Green card stock was embossed using the Lacy Brocade embossing folder and Big Shot Die-cutting machine.  I love the soft scrolling background and texture it adds to paper crafts, cards and scrapbook pages don’t you?  The lacy brocade embossing folder may be found on page six of the current holiday mini catalog!

The tree image from Christmas Wishes actually has a longer trunk than shown on my card… I purposefully cut it off in order to have the image fit within the 2-1/2” circle punch.  But, I think it really looks ok :)

After coloring in the star using a daffodil delight marker, a tiny rhinestone was added to the tree top just for fun… and to add that finishing ‘touch’.

So happy you stopped by today!  I look forward to reading your comments and hope you’ll stop back by tomorrow!
