Kidoodles Fun Peek A Boo Elf PCCCS9

Today’s friendly fun

Christmas card features the tiny gift bearing elf image from the Kidoodles stamp set along with a sentiment from the More Merry Messages Stamp set and lacy brocade embossing.

Peek-A-Boo elves were punched using a postage stamp punch, inspired by the Paper Craft Crew Challenge Sketch #9 (PCCCS9).  2_First_Setof_Elves_pcccs9_Sfield

These happy little elves were stamped, colored and punched intentionally at different angles.  LOL, I always feel a bit awkward about cutting off limbs… but went ahead and did it anyway.  3.second_Setof_Elves_pcccs9

Each of the Elves were colored differently… and polka dots were added to some but not all the of the packages just for fun.

4.many_merrymessages_sentiment_pccs9 Lacy brocade and polka dot embossing accent the stamped images from Kidoodles and Many Merry Messages.  Tiny rhinestones were added to the corners of the old olive framed sentiment too.

As a final accent, a tiny red bunny eared bow was attached beneath the sentiment using mini glue dots… I usually use at least two to secure the bow and keep the loops from shifting. PCCCS9_on_Createdbyu_with_Sharon_Field

So… here’s the sketch for today’s Paper Craft Crew Challenge.  Feel free to modify it slightly but keep the basic bones of the sketch as you play along with the design team this week!  We’d love you to share your creativity with us!  Visit the Paper Craft Crew Design Team Blog to upload your version of this week’s sketch!

I look forward to reading your comments, and hope you’ll play along this week with the paper craft crew!  Stop by tomorrow for a new, fresh and fun card share!
