Flowering Flourishes and Nature’s Pace stamp sets are combined today with a little retired designer series paper, stamping DTP (Direct to Paper) and Gold Stampin’ Dazzle Marker with Dazzling Diamonds for a bit of bling!
This little Artist Trading Card (ATC) measures just 2.5” x 3.5” but there sure is a lot going on!Additional supplies used on today’s ATC swap share: Stampin’ Write Markers, White Gel Pen, 2-Way Glue Pen, Rhinestones Basic Jewels, Green Sharpie Marker…
Although it’s a bit difficult to view, the musical score is flanked at the top and bottom edges with a bit of Dazzling Diamonds too.
After defining the stamped bee using markers, I also added dazzling diamonds to his wings and randomly polka dotted the so saffron DSP with dots of diamonds too.
Two Rhinestones basic jewels were also colored using a green sharpie and attached to the stamped flourish… I thought the green would be a nice pop on the ATC, but not too sure about that accent! The dots you see along the edges of the stamped flowering flourish are also dazzling diamonds and just for fun.
Faux metallic corners were added using the gold stampin’ dazzle marker found on page 19 of the newest stampin’ up mini catalog. I drew these corners free hand style, but if I had it to do again, would mask with a 1” corner punch to achieve more evenness in the design lines.
I hope you enjoyed today’s Nature’s Walk / Flowering Flourishes ATC card… and hope the recipient enjoyed it as well! Do you make trading cards? The group I do this with is a one to one swap… LOL, always have time for just one ATC! (Well, I hope I do!!)
We’re on hurricane watch here in Florida.. sure wish the news casters and weather forecasters would share the high and low pressure maps instead of all those moving radar photos!! It was so much easier to tell if the hurricane was REALLY headed towards us a few years ago! Hopefully Isaac will lose his gusto soon and surprise us all!
Thanks for your online orders and lovely comments! I’m going to re-make Thursday’s card when I get a chance, thanks for the suggestions! Stay safe and dry!
Hugs,
Sharon

THANKS FOR THIS LITTLE GEM OF A CARD. I APPRECIATE YOU WRITING THE LITTLE DETAILS. SOMETIME PICTURES DON'T ALWAYS CATCH THOSE LITTLE DETAILS YOU WORK SO HARD TO PUT IN.
PRAYERS SENT YOUR WAY....WITH THE HURRICANE COMING, STAY SAFE.
THANKS FOR SHARING.
Your post is great to read. I was wondering what are 5 easy steps on how to create an artist trading card?
