Don’t you just love layering on ink to create depth in your cards? Today’s “Thinking of You” Card does just that… using new In-Color 2012-14 In Colors and the Summer Silhouettes stamp set!
Whisper White, Gumball Green and Summer Starfruit card layers and inks are the colors used on today’s CAS, quick and easy card.
The background script image was borrowed from the French Foliage stamp set, and stamped multiple times in a vertical column along the left side of the card stock before adding images from Summer Silhouettes.
The itty Bitty Shapes punched flower was backed using the newest itty bitty punch set, which includes this wonderful tiny postage stamp punch! The punch set is called “Little Labels” and also has a coordinating stamp set, isn’t that fun?
Another new stamp set… “Sweet Essentials” was used to stamp the “thinking of you” sentiment along the lower right edge of today’s quick and easy, clean and simple card. LOL.. I had to look at the stamp label to figure out why part of the ‘g’ appeared to be missing!! It’s just the style of the script that makes it appear that way!
