CAS–A Daisy for my Senior Card Makers

CAS – The acronym stands for Clean and Simple,  cards that  often take less than 5 minutes to make!  Today’s card share is a simple daisy made from punches with a fresh and clean design.easy peasy card for seniors using punches

This simple and sweet card features an exclusive hostess set from a past mini catalog called “swirls & curls” along with Whisper White, Bashful Blue, Daffodil Delight and Old Olive Card Stock.three punches used to create puncy flower

All the edges of Bashful Blue and Daffodil Delight flower pieces were sponged using Marina Mist Classic Ink.  The daisy center was then popped using a stampin’ dimensional aka “pop dot”.

Three punches were used on today’s card share… the 1” circle punch, small oval punch, and Blossom Builders Punch.  An 1/8” wide stem was cut from old olive card stock and secured to the card front using tiny dots of multipurpose adhesive… very easy peasy card to construct!this one is retired, but any greeting would work here

The sentiment was stamped in Marina Mist ink to make it stand out more significantly on the whisper white card stock… slightly darker than the bashful blue ink, it’s a bit easier to read too.

A simple knotted grosgrain ribbon graces the card front too.. positioned and placed using mini glue dots… one behind the knotted bow, and one on each end of the ribbon.  Attaching a knotted bow this way makes it very easy to position the ribbon on your card.  Simply place the knot/bow where you want it and with the card front facing you, wrap the two ends around to the back of the card and attach.

I’ve been working on my projects for the Splitcoast Stampers Creative Crew… they’re due soon!!  Can’t wait to share them with you later next month!!

Tomorrow I’ll share one more cas card for my senior stampers… I hope you’ll be back by to check it out!

The retired accessories are clearing out quickly… several things have already been depleted from inventory!!!  Contact Me if there’s something you really want as they’ll be going… going… gone soon!  Better yet, use the convenience of my online stampin’ up store to have your retired accessories delivered right to your door… and you can order the supplies for today’s card on the same order too Winking smile

Hugs,

Sharon
