Today, I’m taking the Stampin’ Queens Sketch Challenge using the White on White palette, but adding just a tiny pop of color… in this case, Brushed Silver.
A lot of tools were used on today’s card too… the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine, Paper Doily Large Sizzlits Die, 3-1/2” and 3” circle dies, 2-1/2” and 1-3/4” Circle Punches, 1” Square Punch, and five different textured impressions embossing folders:Finial Press, Stripes, Square Lattice, Petals-a-Plenty, and Perfect Polka Dots.
The embossing folders added a lot of texture to an otherwise flat card and presentation. Only the 1-3/4” embossed circle, sentiment, and paper daisies were popped up with stampin’ dimensionals!
A small 3/4” accent brushed silver card stock embossed with stripes lends a metallic ‘feel’ to the card, and basic jewel rhinestones were added to the centers of each layered paper daisy.
Congratulations seemed like an appropriate sentiment for today’s card, which could be sent for an anniversary, wedding, or even promotion! Whisper White and Brushed Silver card stock were snipped at one end using a 1” square punch before layering and attaching to the card front.
