Welcome to Sketch Frenzy Friday - SFF081310

Once again, it’s time for Sketch Frenzy Friday… You may have landed here from Ros Davidson’s Blog.  Last week I gave you an accidental sneak preview of this fabulous sketch… and my card!!  So.. back to the drawing board, I had to create a new one just for you!  Here’s the sketch..

And… here’s the new SFF081310 featuring the Leaf Lines Stamp set!  The oak leaves were water colored using Water Color Wonder Crayons and an Aqua Painter.  The dots below the Kind Thanks (from Thank You Kindly) were pierced using a mat pack and paper piercing tool and then the very tip of my Early Espresso Stampin Write Marker was inserted into the hole just long enough to let it bleed into the card stock.  The Crumb Cake Background was stamped using Crumb Cake Classic Ink, and stamped with the Wood Grain large format background stamp.  As a final step, I added Dazzling Diamonds with a two way glue pen; some Early Espresso Taffeta ribbon and a fabulous Antique brad!

What a great sketch. I will definitely give this one a go. Love how you have put your card together. The woodgrain background goes well with the leaf.
