Two More Cards for Guys… and a Blue Dragonfly!

This week, a reader (GrandmaLee) left a comment stating that she sends cards to soldiers in Iraq via her DD and was quite surprised to find they scoop up the cards with ribbons, glitter, butterflies, etc.  Great information, isn’t it?  If you really think about it… it makes absolute sense, as they are most likely sending the cards to loved ones at home!
That said… two rubber stamped cards to share today in my countdown to Fathers Day.  First up, a glittery dragonfly (this is for you GrandmaLee!) featuring the Natures Nest Stamp Set.
The feathers along the bottom of the card were stamped in Not Quit Navy and Wild Wasabi Classic ink… and the dragonfly was painted with the same classic ink colors.
Next up… a traditional favorite, Lovely As A Tree stamp set combined with the Sanded and En Francais large format background stamp.
Tomorrow … I’ll be posting more Fathers’ Day cards, and then it’s off to a variety of cards.  I made 18 different cards just yesterday, and can’t wait to share them with you!
