Demo Swaps.. so much FUN

Once a month, the Jacksonville Starz Demonstrator Group gets together for a business meeting and swap.  We share business tips and information, review upcoming events and specials, and offer assistance and advice regarding business.  Swapping is a great part of being a demonstrator... sometimes you need a little jump start, fresh ideas, or a new perspective on stamping.  Our swap group is great for that, all the participating demonstrators value the swaps they receive, and put a lot of thought into the swaps they give.  It's also fun to see new stampers turned demonstrator 'grow' in their stamping.  All the cards are supposed to be kept simple and re-creatable, suitable for workshops.  This month, they were all FABULOUS too!!  Scroll down to see everyone's samples!

Here's my card, somewhat inspired by the mojo monday challenge:

Stamps:  Polka Dot Punches, On Your Birthday ; Card Stock:  Close to Cocoa, Bashful Blue, Whisper White; accessories:  sponge daubers, circle punches, designer dots DSP

And here are the lovely swaps I received!

Gina's Swap -- I love how she punched the square out of the card front and then layered the elegant thank you and basic black square on top of it.  The three brads accentuate the card and give it a very formal 'tuxedo' look, don't you think?  Visit Gina's Blog, Red Roses Stamper for more of her simple and classy cards!

Christina's Card -- check out my post tomorrow (I cased Christina!)  I love the rose red and chocolate chip combo used with the heartfelt thanks stamp set!

Susan's Card (StampingInferno)... love the bright colors on this Dawn Griffith Case!  I'm adding this one for my stamp a stack on Sunday too!

And last, Lee's card (StampingLeeYours) using the Botanical Blooms sale a bration set (free with a $50.00 order online or through me!)

Aren't they all fabulous??

See you tomorrow!
