A Quick Card for Alden Road Girls Stamping Club

This was a second project we made this week at Alden Road.  Again, keeping it simple and easy to create, it is an excellent way to use a variety of scraps and punches.  There were no rules with this project except to leave room to stamp the greeting at the bottom  or top of the card, and try not to put two of the same colors next to each other.  The girls enjoyed using the double sided paper and creating unique cards out of the paper scraps as well.  All the cards came out great, what a great group of girls to work with!

The background pieces were made using my round scallop punch... and the remaining pieces were done with a variety of circle punches.  The greeting at the bottom of the card was from the set "Thank You Kindly"... with several different ways to say thank you, the girls added the one they wanted to their cards.  Very little stamping on this card because we used double sided designer papers.. some retired, some current... Use those scraps today!
