Another Fall Card with Seasonal Whimsey

This is another simple card I've created using the adorable 'Seasonal Whimsey' stamp set. The solid image leaf used on the card is one of seven images to this set which retails for $23.95. I'm quite happy with this card and actually sent it to Stampin' Up! for publication in their demonstrator magazine. I've never done this before, but hope this simple card makes the cut... my upline sends things in quite often and is frequently published... so wish me luck!

This is a simple card to create using DTP (direct to paper) stamping and stippling. As suggested in earlier posts, when stamping a solid image stamp, press firmly and let it sit atop your paper for a few extra seconds (count to 6 or 8)... this allows the ink to absorb and intensify. It would be a great workshop or beggining stamper card too!

Stamps: Seasonal Whimsey

Cardstock: Really Rust, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, and Very Vanilla

Classic Inks: Pumpkin Pie, Really Rust, and Old Olive

Other: Stippling Brush, 5/8" old olive grosgrain ribbon, 1/4" pumpkin pie grosgrain ribbon
