Workshop Goodies

Hostessing a Stampin' Up! workshop can be so much fun. Imagine.. getting together with friends who enjoy stampin' .. whether it is part of a regular stampin' club.. or a girls' night out, it's a great way to share your love of stamping with others.. and to introduce new people to stamping too!

When I facilitate a Stampin' Up! workshop, I try to create projects which my hostess will be excited about. In this particular case, my hostess wanted a box or bag, and a card. Since there may be newbies at a workshop, I usually try to keep the projects fairly quick to create.. I can save the tough stuff for camps and classes!

So.. here are the projects we will make at Christy's party in a day or so..
The first one is an Easter bag.. perfect for a little candy treat, or a small gift.
I had-drew the egg 'template' for the bag, which is then attached to a small paper bag. The little chick, with matching shell makes a perfect gift tag too! Stamps: A good egg, kindness Cardstock: Pretty in Pink, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White. Don't forget to scroll down for the card too!

We are wrapping up Sale-A-Bration.. with just a few days left, those FREE STAMP SETS will be gone forever! This next card uses the Birthday Whimsy Stamp Set from the Sale-A-Bration Catalog. On the inside, we will also use "Lots of Thoughts".. another Sale-A-bration set. The "celebrate" comes from the spring catalog set "celebrate everything". It's a fresh and fun card to create with your Sale-A-bration Set!
