Seeking Spring Weather..

The weather here in North Florida has been almost as crazy as the rest of the US.. last week we saw temperatures in the 20's and yesterday the fog was so thick we couldn't see our neighbors' home! The good thing is that it did warm up to mid 70's! Today it will be 'just below 70' or so they say. Next week we're expecting a deluge of much needed rain! I'm holding out for spring.. how about you?
Two cards to share today, the first is another from Debby D. Stippled the Whisper White Cardstock with Pretty in Pink ink and added a cute little flower to the corner.
Cardstock: Certainly Celery, Whisper White, Chocolate Chip, and Pretty in Pink, DP
Classic Ink: Pretty in Pink, Chocolate Chip
Stamp: Happy Everything

The second share is a card I made using the 'glitter window' technique.. just playing around, trying to come up with something new for future classes. I like the Real Red Polkadot DP, and thought what could be better but a ladybug window? The photo doesn't show it too well, but on the interior of the card (thru the glitter window), the ladybug is stamped in real red, with the swirling phrase from Garden Whimsy surrounding it.. just a cute touch. The pharase says "the time to be happy is now. the place to be happy is here". I LOVE the sidekick sayings stamp set and am saddend by it's retirement.. it was wonderful for doing the cracked glass technique, for tall and narrow cards as well as standard cards.. but alas, onto the new catty items!
Cardstock: VV, BB, RR, DP
Stamps: Sidekick Sayings (retired), Garden Whimsy
Other: Dazzling Diamonds, 1/4" BB Grosgrain, Real red and BB classic ink, Circle Punch.
