Scrampin' the 6x6 pages

My challenge this week was to Scramp.. or "Scrap with Stamps" as others might say. I've agreed to participate in a 6x6 scramp exchange, so will be working on my prototypes and samples during the forthcoming week.

This first sample utilizes the fabulous new Stampin' Up! set "Garden Whimsy". Featuring Pixie Pink, Whisper White, and Ballet Blue Cardstock, along with the coordinating classic inks (and of course, always artichoke for the tulip stems), it has a hidden pocket for journalling.

The new Stampin' Up! Tafetta Ribbon accents this page nicely.. a few dazzling diamonds and zig glue add sparkle to the butterfly too! I always feel somwhat limited by the 6x6 page.. So many images, so much to say! This tiny little pocket solves the issue quite nicely! Stampin' Up!'s dimensional dots make the insert slide so easily in and out of the pocket.. the straight edges provide a smoothe glide line!

This next 6x6 features River Rock, Very Vanilla, and Always Amthyst Cardstock and Classic Inks, and the phenonomenal "Priceless" stamp set. The picture doesn't really do this page justice.. it kind of looks 'yellow'.. but it's not! Dimensional Dots make the "Priceless" and the butterflies "pop" from the page. This is really a great "scramping" stamp set!
